It is a part of our culture that is ingrained in every department and employee. It requires always focusing on service before anything else, listening to our customers, respecting their time and opinions, and making sure we create the best experience possible. It means always trying to exceed expectations and being proactive in improving processes that solve problems and prevent mistakes. Excellence isn’t just a slogan on our lunch room wall. Excellence is the tone that drives our company strategy.

Google Certified Employees

BizIQ wants to ensure that our employees stay up to date on the latest search engine updates from and encourage BizIQ team members to independently research and study Analytics and Advanced Search courses and pass exams for certification. These courses include training modules on website traffic analysis, advanced paid search marketing, display advertising, video marketing, and even e-commerce marketing. Google certified partners are also required to maintain certifications and continually pass the test to keep their accreditation current. Rigorous Employee Screening

It is important to us that our employees take great care to ensure the success of our client’s marketing campaigns which is why all employees must pass various assessments. BizIQ team members must score highly on a series of tests that will prove they are committed to their job duties. These exams determine performance in English and grammar, customer service and communication, honesty and trustworthiness, reliability, and even attention to detail. BizIQ wants to be absolutely certain that our team members will provide the highest level of service for our clients and only chooses the best and brightest for our staff.

Ongoing Education and Growth

The reason BizIQ continues to grow is the fact that we are always devoting time to improving our technical processes and, more importantly, the level of customer service our staff offers. We take the time to share information and feedback from our employees on experiences they’ve had with our clients that have room for improvement. We conduct daily and weekly meetings to discuss anything that may be holding us back from being the best internet marketing service available and put ideas for improvement into action. We built our company from the ground up based on feedback from our customers and sharing that with the entire organization.
